How shipping is calculated
Enter your ZIP code in the cart and we'll request a live USPS rate for your exact package — based on the combined weight and dimensions of everything in your order, shipping from Houston, TX (ZIP 77001). That same live rate is what you're charged at checkout, so the number never changes on you at the last step. If a carrier lookup can't be completed, we fall back to a conservative calculated rate for your zone.
Free shipping over $75
Reach a $75 subtotal and shipping drops to $0 automatically — no code needed. Under it, the cart tells you exactly how much more to add.
Turnaround & delivery
Prints are made to order and typically leave our Houston studio in 3–5 business days. USPS Ground Advantage usually arrives 2–5 business days after that within the continental United States. You'll get a tracking number by email as soon as the carrier picks up your order. Custom project timelines depend on complexity and are discussed during the quote process.

Custom prints are made-to-order and non-refundable, but we work with you until it's right.
Damage claims
Please email us within 7 days of delivery with photos of any damage and we'll make it right.
